As the Production Manager of Educare Publications, he provides strategic leadership for the company’s production operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality educational publications that meet the highest standards of excellence, accuracy, and innovation.

Since joining Educare Publications in 2022, Ayomide has been responsible for overseeing the complete publication production lifecycle, from manuscript planning and design coordination to prepress, printing, quality assurance, and final delivery. Through effective planning, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail, he has contributed significantly to the company’s reputation for producing reliable, visually engaging, and impactful educational resources.

Ayomide holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Architecture a discipline that has equipped him with exceptional analytical, technical, and creative skills. His academic background provides a unique advantage in production management, combining design thinking, visual communication, project planning, technical documentation, and precision to ensure that every publication meets both educational objectives and professional production standards.

As Production Manager, he leads and supervises a dedicated team of 20 production professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment focused on quality, efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Over the course of his career, Ayomide has successfully supervised the production of more than 50 educational books and publications, coordinating every stage of the production process with publishers, authors, editors, designers, printers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. His ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict quality control has contributed to the successful delivery of publications that support teaching, learning, and academic development across educational institutions.

His areas of expertise include production planning, publishing operations, print supervision, workflow management, quality assurance, graphic production, production scheduling, print procurement, branding, corporate identity development, and creative design. He possesses advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and other digital design and publishing applications, leveraging technology to improve workflow efficiency, enhance creativity, and optimize production outcomes.
